- End-to-end revenue targets across branded content, influencer, IPs, video, programmatic & display
- CXO-level client and agency relationships across key sectors - Fashion, Beauty, Tech, Auto, BFSI, FMCG
- Custom IP creation, long-term partnerships & go-to-market solutions
- Sales team leadership - OKRs, upskilling, performance culture
- Integrated collaboration with content, editorial, influencer & production teams
- Sales forecasting, CRM hygiene & GTM reporting
- Innovation in monetizable content formats (Web, YouTube, Snapchat & more)
- Pricing, inventory strategy & deal governance
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years in digital/media sales; scaled revenues - 100 Cr+
- Strong background in branded content, influencer sales & digital monetization
- Leadership experience managing large, distributed teams
- Deep relationships with brands, media agencies & digital intermediaries
- Strategic thinking with a bias for execution
- Passion for content, pop culture & platform-first thinking
