Description: Key Responsibilities: Modern Trade: - Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans with modern trade chains - Own the P&L for modern trade accounts and drive revenue, profitability, and brand presence - Build and nurture long-term relationships with category teams, buyers, and commercial managers - Negotiate and renew TOTs ensuring alignment with profitability goals and brand objectives - Ensure listing, assortment planning, and visibility for key SKUs across all stores - Collaborate with marketing for planning and executing in-store promotions, activations, and branding - Work with supply chain and distributor teams to maintain service levels, stock availability, and fill rates - Monitor account-level performance, ROS, and key KPIs to track effectiveness and growth opportunities - Handle claim settlements, billing reconciliation, and trade promotional spends efficiently - Drive conflict resolution and ensure pricing hygiene across modern trade and general trade channels - Ensure new product launches are listed and rolled out in key retail accounts with strong visibility and support E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.): - Develop and execute online channel growth strategy across marketplaces - Own P&L for E-commerce accounts including margins, marketing spends, and platform investments - Drive digital shelf visibility including SEO optimization, content quality, images, A+ content, and ratings - Plan and execute platform-led campaigns (Prime Day, Big Billion Days, etc.) - Manage performance marketing budgets in collaboration with digital marketing teams - Optimize pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies while ensuring channel harmony - Monitor conversion rates, traffic, basket size, repeat purchase metrics, and category rankings - Ensure stock availability at FCs and manage demand planning with supply chain Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.): - Build and manage strategic partnerships with quick commerce platforms - Drive high availability, dark store listings, and hyperlocal assortment planning - Lead negotiations on commercial terms, visibility spends, and campaign participation - Optimize assortment based on city-level demand and consumption trends - Monitor fill rates, delivery SLAs, and service metrics - Ensure competitive pricing and avoid channel conflicts - Drive new product trials and impulse category growth through Q-commerce Candidate Profile: - 5 - 10 years in FMCG with strong experience in Modern Trade; exposure to E-commerce and Quick Commerce preferred - Prior experience managing key retailers such as Reliance, DMart, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc. - Strong understanding of TOTs, category management, digital shelf management, and joint business planning - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data dashboards and platform analytics to drive decisions - Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills - Proven track record of scaling both offline and online channels - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and sales ops
