Head - Mutual Fund & Fixed Income Products

1. Business & Revenue Growth

- Drive revenue and AUM growth across Mutual Funds and Fixed Income products (FDs, Bonds, NCDs, G-Secs, NPS).

- Formulate and execute integrated sales strategies across Retail, HNI, Corporate, and Institutional channels.

- Accelerate secondary debt business and enable conversion of Fixed Income maturities into debt mutual funds.

- Build bundled investment offerings combining MFs, FDs, Bonds, and NPS to enhance wallet share.

2. Product Strategy & Innovation

- Design and launch innovative MF and FI investment propositions (Hybrid, ELSS, SIPs, Corporate Bonds, etc.).

- Lead digital and automation initiatives to transition Fixed Income products from offline to online platforms.

- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.

- Drive cross-sell frameworks between MF and FI products for optimized portfolio outcomes.

3. Channel & Distribution Development

- Strengthen distribution partnerships with AMCs, issuers, brokers, and ecosystem partners.

- Work closely with Relationship Managers and Wealth Specialists through joint client engagements.

- Increase penetration and productivity across all distribution channels.

4. Sales Enablement & Capability Building

- Conduct regular product training and certification programs for sales and advisory teams.

- Develop sales collaterals, pitch decks, and client education material.

- Mentor teams to build deep MF and FI product expertise.

5. Governance, Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and PFRDA regulations.

- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations for product approvals and audits.

- Track and report product-level revenues, margins, AUM, and productivity metrics.

6. Client Experience & Retention

- Enhance client experience through transparency, education, and seamless digital journeys.

- Support goal-based financial planning solutions integrating MF and FI products.

- Drive feedback loops for continuous improvement and client retention.

Education & Certifications

- MBA / PGDM (Finance / Marketing)

- NISM V-A Certification (Mandatory)
