RESEARCH & REPORT CREATION :  - Set research agendas and report concepts   - Engage with ministries, universities, think tanks and others agencies in research assignments   - Identify agenda / initiatives for research - Conduct Industry wide research assignments   - Get higher coverage for reports in all forms of media & journalism - etc   POLICY DEVELOPMENT & ADVOCACY :  - Liaison with the government in any policy formulation   - Build & maintain relationship with elected govt representative   - Provide International exposure to policy makers to enable them gain knowledge on International practices on policies   ADVISORY & TRAINING :   - Engage with industry & government in identifying capacity enhancement needs at large   - Take strategic decisions on program design & content   - Engage with members and take advisory / consultative engagement into creation of COE's - Spear head industry development by offering unique solutions   PROJECT MANAGEMENT :  - Shape overall agenda, prioritize and provide resources to projects   - Set project agendas that fits the overall business strategy i.e. Industry, Members & Govt   - Create an appropriate people strategy i.e. Acquiring, developing and retaining people to deliver best results  - Oversee the projects in entirety - concept to completion stage   - Build greater relationship with multiple stakeholders i.e. Internal, external, media - etc   EVENT MANAGEMENT :  - Identify new ideas, concepts and themes for existing events   - Engage and bring in foreign delegates for the events   - Maintain relationship with various government departments & industry associations to increase industry participation   - Identify potential clients to enter into MOUs, JV etc to bring subsequent trade to industry   Skill Required :   1.
