Job Description:

We at FyneHand are mandated to onboard a Head Mortgages for a leading Bank in Delhi:

A Head of Mortgages (or Business Head - Mortgages) oversees the strategic direction, P&L, and risk management for Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP). The core responsibilities include portfolio growth, policy formulation, and sales execution

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Strategy & P&L:

- Manage the overall profitability and market share for the mortgage and housing finance vertical.

2. Credit & Underwriting:

- Oversee risk management, approve high-value loans, and ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory compliance.

3. Sales & Distribution:

- Drive business growth through direct sales, direct selling agents (DSAs), and builder tie-ups.

4. Digital Transformation:

- Champion digital solutions and Lending Management Systems (LMS) to reduce Turn Around Time (TAT).

5. Team Leadership:

- Lead large teams of regional sales heads, area managers, and operational staff.
