Currently we are hiring as Modern Trade/E-Commerce Operations Head

Job Location: Bangalore_ Whitefield

Industry: FMCG/Foods & Beverages.

Education: MBAs from Premier Institutes IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS / BITS/ XLRIs etc

Exp: -2 - 4 years

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of Modern Trade/E-Commerce Channels, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales and marketing activities.

2. Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and manage the supply chain to prevent out-of-stock situations.

3. Ensure that all trading agreements with customers are fully implemented.

Performance Review and Analysis:

1. Regularly review and analyze the performance of Modern Trade Accounts, identifying key areas for improvement.

2. Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and enhance overall efficiency.

3. Conduct frequent business review meetings with all customers to assess progress and recalibrate strategies as needed.

Distribution Strategy Development:

1. Develop and implement distribution strategies for National Account Modern Trade, aligning with overall business objectives.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution networks and ensure market penetration.

3. Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favorable business terms and drive growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers and store managers.

5. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

6. Gather and provide competitive information to headquarters on a regular basis.

7. Ensure excellent customer service is implemented, and service level to customers as the KPI

Team Leadership and Development:

1. Lead and coach the field sales force, setting ambitious targets and monitoring performance.

2. Foster a winning spirit within the team and provide ongoing support to improve skills and capabilities.

3. Ensure streamlined implementation of customer strategies at the point of sales
