Head - Mini Projects - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

- Lead end-to-end execution of mini projects (e.g. majorly in hotels, malls).

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.

2. Budgeting & Cost Control:

- Prepare and manage project budgets.

- Optimize costs without compromising quality.

- Track expenses, approve bills, and ensure financial discipline.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management:

- Identify, onboard, and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to SLAs and timelines.

- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong partnerships.

4. Design & Quality Coordination:

- Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants.

- Ensure execution aligns with design intent and company standards.

- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, approvals, and regulations.

- Maintain high standards of safety at all sites.

- Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices.

6. Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM, leasing).

- Provide regular updates to senior management.

- Address client/customization requirements where applicable.

7. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.

- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.

- Drive a performance-oriented and accountable team culture.
