We are looking for a seasoned M&A professional to lead and support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions (domestic and international), including strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration to support the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- M&A Strategy & Target Identification.

- Define growth strategies and prioritize acquisition or JV opportunities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic targets.

- Deal Execution.

- Perform valuations and prepare investment memos and board presentations.

- Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.

- Transaction Structuring & Negotiations.

- Structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements.

- Negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure.

- Post-Merger Integration (PMI).

- Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders.

- Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.

- Internal & External Stakeholder Management.

- Collaborate across functions for deal alignment.

- Manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners.

Key Requirements:

Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.

Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.

- Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.

- Proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.
