Role Overview:

As the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, you will serve as the strategic architect for the organization's inorganic growth initiatives, leading the end-to-end lifecycle of complex transactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire M&A lifecycle, from initial target identification and screening to final integration, to ensure all transactions support the company's strategic growth objectives.

- Direct complex financial modeling and valuation exercises to provide the leadership team with data-backed insights for informed investment decision-making.

- Manage cross-functional due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, tax, and operational teams to mitigate risks and uncover hidden value in potential targets.

- Negotiate deal structures, including purchase agreements and earn-out provisions, to protect the company's interests and ensure favorable terms.

- Oversee post-merger integration efforts to ensure that synergies are realized and that the acquired entities are seamlessly aligned with the broader corporate culture and operational framework.

Required Skillset:
