Acquisition will be responsible for leading organizational inorganic growth strategy through identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and integrating potential acquisition and merger opportunities. The incumbent will play a key role in driving strategic business expansion, partnerships, and investments aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy & Planning
- Conduct market mapping, industry research, and competitive analysis to evaluate potential synergies.
- Develop and execute M&A strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities across domestic and international markets.
2. Deal Origination & Evaluation
- Source, screen, and assess potential M&A opportunities through professional networks networks.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, business valuation, and due diligence on target companies.
- Prepare investment proposals, deal structures, and transaction recommendations for leadership and board approval.
3. Transaction Management
- Lead end-to-end deal execution, including negotiations, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, finance, and external advisors (consultants, investment bankers, auditors) to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage stakeholder communication and maintain confidentiality throughout the transaction process.
4. Post-Merger Integration
- Drive integration planning and execution to realize synergies post-acquisition.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition, cultural alignment, and business continuity.
- Track performance of acquired entities and report progress against defined objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
- 10-15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Strategy, or Private Equity.
- Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions and integrations.
- Exposure to manufacturing, metal, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
