Head - Merchant Onboarding & Operations - POS/EDC - Merchant Acquiring Business Unit - Large Payments

This is an exciting role that we are hiring for Our client is a large & Established organization in the payment domain.

They are looking to hire an Operations Head Merchant Onboarding & Field Ops for heading all operational activities for the Merchant Acquiring Business Unit.

This role is responsible in ensuring seamless merchant onboarding (for POS/EDC Terminals) and maintaining an exceptional standard of terminal service across their extensive network

Responsibilities:

- Lead the merchant onboarding & terminal management unit

- Oversee terminal lifecycle activities including activation, deactivation, and maintenance

- Develop strategic plans to enhance terminal performance and merchant satisfaction

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and VMT processes

- Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective, high-quality terminal solutions

- Handle large number of Operational activities

The Need:

- 15+ years in Operations Leadership

- Leadership experience in the Payments domain

- Good knowledge of Acquiring business (MUST)

- Managed Merchant Onboarding for POS/EDC/Soundbox Machines

- Good experience in merchant onboarding and lifecycle management

- Great Leadership & Excellent Communication
