Head - Merchandising & Discovery - Internet/Online/eCommerce

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in digital merchandising, on-site merchandising, e-commerce merchandising, category merchandising, or related functions.

- Proven experience owning homepage strategy, category discovery, collections, campaigns, and customer journeys for a large-scale e-commerce business.

- Strong understanding of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer trends.

- Demonstrated ability to use customer and performance data to influence conversion and engagement outcomes.

- Deep understanding of digital customer behaviour and merchandising levers.

- Experience partnering closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Category teams.

- Strong commercial acumen combined with customer-centric thinking.

- Prior experience building or leading merchandising teams is preferred.

Success in This Role:

Within the first 12 months, you will:

- Establish a scalable merchandising operating model across app and mobile web.

- Improve customer discovery and conversion across key categories.

- Create a differentiated, trend-led shopping experience for Gen Z customers.

- Build the foundations of a high-performing merchandising function.

- Become a key driver of demand and customer engagement across the Slikk platform.
