About:
- We are seeking a dynamic Head Merchant to drive enterprise commerce growth through hunting new business opportunities, strategic market mapping, and GTM execution.
- The role demands spotting gaps, identifying trends, and shaping new product/solution opportunities, with a sharp focus on driving adoption of InstaCred 360.
- You will own aggressive revenue targets, lead direct sales and monetization, and establish strong C-level relationships with enterprise accounts and partners.
- A key responsibility will be hunting and acquiring new enterprise clients, while also building long-term partnerships through negotiation and closure of distribution and licensing deals.
- You will attract, mentor, and lead a high-performance, metrics-driven sales team, ensuring predictable execution and strong reporting cadence.
- The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) with 10-15 years of proven enterprise sales experience, strong expertise in merchant acquiring, partnership management, and strategic account planning, and a track record of exceeding targets in new business acquisition (hunting) and revenue growth.
