Head - MEP Design - Real Estate

About the role:

Current openings with ACH Management Consultants Pvt Ltd for candidates from reputed Real estate, Architecture, Consulting and Design companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead MEP design, execution, commissioning and handover across multiple projects.

- Oversee Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS and related services.

- Drive design coordination, value engineering, cost optimisation and quality.

- Manage MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.

- Ensure timely delivery, statutory compliance and technical standards across projects.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 20 years of experience in MEP, preferably with leading real estate developers or EPC companies.

- Strong experience handling multiple high-rise or large-scale real estate projects simultaneously.

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and execution skills. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Qualification:

- B.E/ Any Management.
