As Head - Membership Solutions, you will own the strategy, execution, and growth of HerKey's B2C monetization channels.

This includes:

- Clubs & Subscriptions: Building and scaling digital-first, paid membership clubs for specific cohorts of women (e.g., working mothers, career returnees, wellness seekers, entrepreneurs).

- Learning Partnerships: Driving collaboration with academies, upskilling platforms, and professional service providers (resume writing, coaching, certifications).

- Ticketed Offerings: Managing paid events, workshops, and sessions-both online and offline-to drive value and engagement.

- You will work closely with the product, marketing, content, and growth teams to build a robust user funnel from awareness to conversion, delivering strong unit economics and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and scale B2C revenue streams through HerKey's membership-based offerings.

- Design and grow digital-first clubs and communities tailored to key women user segments.

- Drive acquisition, activation, and retention for all paid offerings via high-impact GTM strategies.

- Identify, negotiate, and manage learning and upskilling partnerships across industries.

- Conceptualize and monetize ticketed sessions, workshops, and learning experiences.

- Collaborate with product to shape feature roadmaps that enhance engagement and conversion.

- Analyze user behavior, optimize pricing models, and drive platform usage and renewals.

- Lead a cross-functional team across sales, operations and community management.

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in consumer-facing digital businesses with paid membership models or subscription-led growth.

- Demonstrated ability to launch and scale digital-first, omnichannel offerings.

- Strong strategic mindset with P&L ownership experience and comfort with revenue targets.

- Experience in B2C partnerships, product monetization, and funnel optimization.

- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across product, tech, marketing, and ops.

- Passion for women's empowerment, community-building, and career innovation.
