Head - Mechanical Design & Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Head - Mechanical Design & Engineering to lead the Mechanical Engineering function for large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Mechanical Design & Engineering activities for EPC/EPCM projects.

- Drive project execution strategy, resource planning, risk management, and engineering excellence.

- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure timely project delivery.

- Support proposal engineering, value engineering, cost optimization, and bid management.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, licensors, vendors, and project teams.

- Ensure compliance with international codes and industry standards.

Mandatory Experience :

- 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or EPC industries.

- Strong expertise in Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger Design & Engineering (Mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with Static Equipment including Reactors, Columns, Drums, and Storage Tanks.

- Exposure to FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC/EPCM, Brownfield, and Revamp Projects.

- Experience in project planning, engineering management, procurement support, and project execution.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
