Role Brief :
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and growth-driven Head of Marketing to lead our 360 marketing function across the Organisation. The ideal candidate should have experience in both offline and digital marketing, preferably in product-based or consumer-tech/fintech companies. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving multi-channel user acquisition, overseeing product marketing for our digital platforms, and leading marketing-led revenue growth. This role includes leading high-impact campaigns, performance marketing, offline activations, brand communication, and marketing analytics.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy covering brand, digital, offline, and product marketing across all business verticals.
- Build strong brand visibility and positioning for Organisation and its digital products (especially retail trading platforms).
- Own end-to-end digital marketing including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, social media, influencer engagement, and digital analytics.
- Lead offline marketing initiatives such as BTL activities, events, seminars, investor awareness programs, print media, and outdoor branding.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, and Business teams to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Oversee creative strategy, content development, brand messaging, and marketing communication across channels.
- Use data-driven insights to build and manage marketing funnels, optimize CAC, and increase ROI across campaigns.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight initiatives to support decision-making and product positioning.
- Manage agency relationships (creative, digital, PR, media buying) and ensure timely, quality execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry standards across all communication and marketing assets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with significant exposure to both digital and offline marketing.
- Proven experience in product-based companies, preferably fintech, financial services, or consumer-tech.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience in planning and executing high-impact offline and digital campaigns across large user bases.
- Excellent understanding of brand management, product positioning, customer segmentation, and marketing funnels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing strategies with product and business goals.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, ad managers, SEO tools, and marketing dashboards.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, capable of driving both vision and execution.
