About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and drive the overall marketing vision for a fast-growing organization in the travel industry. This role requires a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership to build brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals

- Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, and performance campaigns

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies

- Manage online & offline marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and partnerships

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities

- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams for integrated campaigns

- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team

- Oversee marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and campaign performance

- Build strategic alliances with travel partners, agencies, and influencers

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

- 10-20 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Travel / Hospitality / Tourism

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and growth strategies

- Proven track record of scaling marketing functions and driving revenue growth

- Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Preferred Skills

- Experience in OTA platforms, travel tech, or D2C brands

- Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation

- Performance marketing & campaign optimization expertise
