Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for the steel wire product line, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions and product development.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, print advertising, and public relations, to reach target audiences and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales enablement tools and programs, empowering them to effectively communicate the value proposition of steel wire products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and media outlets, enhancing brand reputation and generating positive publicity.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies in the steel or related industrial sectors, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Proven expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal teams, customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Punjab, requiring regular interaction with local teams and stakeholders.
- 15-25 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in the steel industry.
