Description: About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Head who has built and scaled a large consumer brand from early to hyper-growth stages. This role is for a builder someone who understands how to create demand, shape consumer behavior, and scale growth sustainably in a high-velocity environment. You will take end-to-end ownership of brand, growth, performance, and lifecycle marketing, directly driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term brand equity. What You Will Own 1. Consumer Growth at Scale - Build and scale high-velocity consumer acquisition engines (paid + organic) - Drive growth across Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer, referral, partnerships & offline activations - Deep ownership of CAC, LTV, cohorts, retention & frequency metrics - Scale from thousands to millions of users with predictable unit economics 2. Brand Building - Create a distinct, mass-appeal yet premium brand in a crowded market - Lead large-scale brand campaigns, launches & moments (digital + ATL if needed) - Ensure strong brand recall, trust & love among users and creators 3. Creator-Led & Community Marketing - Leverage creators as growth channels, not just customers - Build referral loops, ambassador programs & virality engines - Turn creators into long-term brand advocates 4.
