Hiring: Head of Marketing (Digital & AI-Driven)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

We're looking for a marketing leader to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and AI-powered marketing initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead brand strategy and 360 degree marketing campaigns.

- Drive performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, SEO, and CRM.

- Leverage AI tools for personalization, campaign optimization, and content creation.

- Own marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue growth.

- Build and lead high-performing marketing teams while managing agencies and partnerships.

Preferred Profile:

- 7 - 10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in digital performance marketing, GA4/analytics, and marketing automation.

- Experience in retail, entertainment, QSR, or consumer-facing businesses is preferred.

- MBA (Marketing/Digital Marketing) preferred.
