We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand and retail marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. This role will play a critical part in driving brand awareness, store footfalls, customer engagement, and revenue growth while ensuring consistent brand storytelling across touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Management

- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies in the lab-grown diamond and luxury jewelry space

- Lead campaign planning and execution across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, PR, and influencer marketing

- Ensure consistent brand communication, storytelling, and visual identity across all platforms

Retail & Local Marketing

- Plan and manage retail marketing initiatives to drive store footfalls, in-store promotions, and customer engagement

- Work closely with retail, sales, and merchandising teams to support store launches, activations, VM initiatives, and local marketing programs

- Design and execute hyperlocal and city-level marketing strategies for retail growth

Performance Marketing & Insights

- Track campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics across channels

- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategies

- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for leadership

CRM & Customer Engagement

- Support CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and retention campaigns to enhance repeat business

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer lifecycle communication and engagement

Agency & Partner Management

- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners for creative, media planning, influencer collaborations, and production

- Ensure timely execution, budget adherence, and quality output across all marketing initiatives

Key Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands

- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and retail activations

- Experience working with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze ROI and campaign performance

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Strong storytelling, communication, and brand-building capabilities
