Description:



A fast-growing apparel brand with a strong omnichannel presencespanning e-commerce platforms, a thriving D2C website, and an expanding retail footprint across key markets. The brand is known for its design-first approach, premium quality, and loyal customer base that values both comfort and style.

Role Overview:



We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the brands marketing function across digital, retail, and experiential channels. This role will define the brand strategy, drive growth across all consumer touchpoints, and strengthen the brands positioning in a competitive fashion landscape. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creative execution and has a strong understanding of consumer behavior in both online and offline retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership:



- Define and own the overall marketing strategy and brand identity.



- Strengthen brand recall and consistency across all channels.

Digital Growth:



- Lead D2C marketing efforts including performance marketing, CRM, influencer strategy, and content marketing.



- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).

Retail & Offline Marketing:



- Drive footfall and conversion through local store marketing, brand activations, and partnerships.

- Develop in-store communication, VM, and event calendars to enhance brand experience.

Consumer Insights & Analytics:



- Use data to drive decision-making track campaign ROI, understand customer journeys, and identify growth opportunities.

Team & Agency Leadership:



- Build and manage an in-house marketing team and external agency ecosystem (creative, media, PR, influencer, digital).



- Foster collaboration between digital, retail, and creative teams for integrated campaigns.

New Initiatives:



- Explore innovative marketing opportunities collaborations, seasonal drops, sustainability narratives, and community building.

Requirements:



- 10-15 years of marketing experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle industries.



- Proven track record of leading marketing functions for omnichannel or D2C brands.



- Strong grasp of both brand storytelling and performance marketing metrics.



- Leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners.



- Excellent analytical, communication, and creative thinking skills.



- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
