About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, marketing, and consumer engagement for a leading luxury retail brand. The role calls for a brand custodian who can seamlessly blend creativity with commercial strategy to elevate brand desirability, drive footfall and revenue, and ensure a consistent luxury experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Strategy:

- Define and implement the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning in the luxury segment.

- Drive long-term brand building, storytelling, and brand equity initiatives.

- Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, events, PR, and partnerships.

Campaigns & Communication:

- Conceptualize and lead high-impact campaigns digital, print, outdoor, and in-store.

- Oversee visual identity, brand guidelines, and creative direction.

- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver premium brand experiences.

Digital & CRM:

- Drive digital transformation and luxury consumer engagement across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.

- Lead CRM initiatives for clienteling, retention, and personalization.

- Use data insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and consumer journey mapping.

Public Relations & Collaborations:

- Build and nurture relationships with luxury media, stylists, and influencers.

- Conceptualize brand collaborations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives.

- Represent the brand at key luxury industry forums and events.

Leadership & Business Impact:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

- Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align marketing with business goals.

- Manage budgets and ensure ROI-driven marketing outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the luxury or premium retail space.

- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and evolving retail trends.

- Experience in 360 brand management including digital, ATL/BTL, and experiential marketing.

- Exceptional creative, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
