Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for the role of Head Marketing Real Estate. The Head of Marketing will oversee marketing strategies and initiatives for the real estate division, conduct market planning and research, manage marketing activities, and develop public relations strategies. Responsibilities also include collaborating with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance business growth.

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research

- Expertise in Marketing Management and developing marketing strategies

- Experience in Sales and coordination with sales teams to align goals

- Proven skills in Public Relations and stakeholder communication

- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities

- In-depth understanding of the real estate market in India is an advantage

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
