Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands/products to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and manage new product launches including positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create brand plans, campaigns, and promotional tools in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies in the field.
- Monitor brand performance, ROI, and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership.
