Position Title : Marketing Head

Location: Bobbili, Andhra Pradesh

Total year of Experience - 16-30 years

CTC - As per market trend

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement strategic marketing & business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors like industrial construction, warehousing, and infrastructure projects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, EPC contractors, architects, and government bodies.

- Drive brand visibility and positioning of Neotech as a leading PEB and steel fabrication solution provider.

- Lead the bid management and tendering process, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with technical specifications.

- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop client-specific proposals and presentations.

- Develop and manage digital marketing, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing studies to identify trends and growth opportunities.

- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports for management review.

- Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team focused on target achievement and customer satisfaction.

Key Deliverables (KPIs):

- Achievement of annual sales and revenue targets.

- Growth in client base and market share.

- Order conversion ratio and lead-to-sales cycle time.

- Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate.

- Brand visibility and digital engagement metrics.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering) with MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred.

- 16-30 years of experience in marketing and business development in PEB, steel fabrication, or construction industry.

- Proven record of developing large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.

- Strong understanding of technical-commercial proposals, tendering, and project sales.
