Our client is a Management Services Organization (MSO) built to power high-performing law firms through operational excellence.
Role Overview :
- This is a revenue engine leadership role responsible for designing, building, and optimizing a full-funnel marketing system that generates signed personal injury cases for a Florida-based law firm and a growing national network.
- The role will own strategy, channel architecture, vendor ecosystem, analytics, and performance outcomes, while working with an engineering team that executes technical builds (CRM, automation, AI workflows).
The role operates across two revenue engines:
- Engine 1: Direct case acquisition for the firm
- Engine 2: Lead generation for a referral-based legal network
Success is measured by the North-Star Metric: Signed Cases per Month at Target CPA (SC/M@CPA).
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage full-funnel acquisition across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO,CTV, referrals)
- Allocate and optimize budgets across multiple geographies
- Build scalable campaign architectures aligned to PI keyword economics
- Manage specialized vendors (programmatic, geofencing, data providers)
- Build non-traditional acquisition channels
- Define marketing automation strategy using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Design pipeline stages, speed-to-lead workflows, and intake automation logic
- Direct engineering team on implementation
- Own marketing P&L and performance tracking
- Build dashboards across full funnel (lead - consultation - retained)
- Deliver weekly and monthly executive reports
- Continuously optimize based on market and competitive intelligence
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners across content, vendors, media partners to name a few
- Direct multilingual campaigns (English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese)
- Integrate AI into marketing design; Redesign marketing economics to leverage AI disruption
Requirements :
Performance Marketing : 5+ years managing Google & Meta campaigns with budget ownership
SEO & Content Strategy : Proven ability to drive organic growth
Marketing Analytics : Strong attribution modeling and dashboarding capability
Marketing Automation : Experience with GHL or comparable platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Multi-Market Campaign Management : Experience scaling campaigns across regions
Stakeholder Communication : Ability to present insights to leadership
Vendor Management : Proven track record managing agencies/partners
Multicultural Marketing Strategy : Experience targeting diverse audience
AI Marketing Fluency : Understanding of AI's impact on acquisition, SEO, and conversion
