About the Company

Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will own the end-to-end marketing charter across online and offline channels, driving customer acquisition, brand building, and revenue growth. This is a leadership role requiring a strong blend of performance marketing, brand strategy, and on-ground activation experience in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and growth objectives
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across digital and offline functions
- Work closely with founders, sales, admissions, and product teams to drive business outcomes
Digital / Online Marketing
- Own performance marketing across paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, affiliates, etc.)
- Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and CAC efficiency
- Oversee SEO, content, CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing
- Track KPIs, dashboards, funnels, and ROI across digital campaigns
Offline / On-Ground Marketing
- Lead offline marketing initiatives including center launches, events, partnerships, activations, and print
- Drive local market penetration and footfall generation for offline centers
- Manage agencies, vendors, and regional marketing partners
Brand & Growth
- Strengthen brand positioning and consistency across online and offline touchpoints
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, PR initiatives, and strategic partnerships
- Balance brand building with performance-led growth
Budget & Analytics
- Own and optimize the marketing budget
- Analyze campaign performance and take data-driven decisions to improve ROI
Key Requirements
- 815 years of overall marketing experience in B2C startups
- Mandatory exposure to both online and offline marketing
- Prior experience in EdTech, Consumer Internet, Retail, or Services-led B2C businesses
- Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing and growth metrics
- Experience managing large budgets and multi-channel campaigns
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling teams
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills
