About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Head to lead the launch and growth of a premium luxury brand of portable audio speakers and accessories in India.
This is a rare opportunity to build a luxury audio brand from the ground up, shaping its identity, voice, and market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for music, strong brand-building experience in the luxury segment, and the ability to connect with musicians, artists, and luxury consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead the end-to-end launch strategy for India, including positioning, messaging, and channel mix.
- Storytelling & Positioning: Weave the founders journey into a compelling brand story and communicate it across all touchpoints.
- Community Building: Partner with musicians, artists, and influencers to create a cultural movement around the brand.
- Integrated Marketing: Drive 360 campaignsdigital, social, PR, events, retail activations, and offline experiences.
- Luxury Brand Building: Establish the brand as a premium player in the Indian luxury and lifestyle market.
- Performance & Growth: Oversee digital marketing, social media, and analytics to deliver measurable business results.
- Team & Leadership: Build and lead a marketing team to execute campaigns and scale brand presence.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8-12 years in marketing/brand management, ideally with luxury, premium consumer goods, or audio/tech brands.
- Proven experience in brand launch and go-to-market execution in the Indian market.
- Strong passion for music, art, and culture, with the ability to engage communities and influencers.
- Expertise across digital + offline marketing, with hands-on campaign execution experience.
- Creative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work in a high-growth, startup-style environment.
