We are hiring a Marketing Head for a lab grown diamond jewellery brand which is a start up and based in Bangalore Experience - 8 -12 years with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. Location : Kormangala, Bangalore, India Industry : Jewellery (Lab Grown Diamonds) Company : Jewellery company specializing in lab grown diamonds Employee Strength - 62 current, will be scaling upto about 100 by March'2025 Founded - 2023 Work from office - 6 days a week - work from office - Koramangala - will be moving to 5 day week from April 2025 Candidates from Jewellery brand or from retail start up will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 or 2 school preferred. - A minimum of 8 - 12 years with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. - Preference for some experience with a start up, a jewellery brand. - Looking for a Challenger Marketer mindset - Strong on strategy and even stronger on execution. - Displaying high levels of ownership Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales across our retail network and website. To define the marketing strategy and plan to move the needle in every market it enters Brand Positioning: Define and strengthen the brand's positioning in the lab-grown diamond jewellery market, aligning with company vision of gaining first mover advantage. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid social, email campaigns, content marketing, and influencer partnerships to optimize customer acquisition and retention. Content & Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, including visual assets, product photography, and storytelling for campaigns. E-commerce Strategy: Oversee the online sales strategy, driving traffic to the website, improving conversion rates, and enhancing the overall customer experience on digital platforms. Performance Marketing & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on performance to ensure optimal ROI. Public Relations & Partnerships: Manage PR efforts to enhance brand visibility, forge partnerships with luxury retailers, designers, influencers, and media outlets to strengthen brand associations. Retail & Events Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies for retail outlets and pop-up events to drive foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and increase in-store sales. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability.
