About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy and execution. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving brand positioning, corporate communications, PR, demand generation, events, and agency management to support the companys growth goals.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with a strong background in IT services or technology, skilled in building integrated marketing campaigns, scaling demand generation programs, leading corporate events, and managing stakeholder communications at the corporate level.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals across brand, digital, PR, demand generation, and events.
- Act as the companys brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across channels.
Corporate Communications & PR:
- Build and maintain the companys corporate narrative to strengthen brand credibility and thought leadership.
- Oversee public relations, media engagement, and crisis communications.
- Partner with executive leadership on internal communications strategies to foster employee alignment.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise clients.
Events & Experiences:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Drive event strategy as a key demand generation and brand-building channel.
- Manage end-to-end event operations including vendor coordination, budgets, and post-event ROI analysis.
Agency & Partner Management:
- Manage external agencies for creative, PR, digital, events, and media buying.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure high ROI from agency partnerships.
- Build strong vendor relationships to extend the companys marketing capabilities.
Analytics & Performance:
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track marketing and event effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, events, and marketing spend.
- Report performance and outcomes to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in IT services, consulting, or technology companies.
- Proven expertise in corporate communications, PR, and media relations.
- Strong track record of driving demand generation, events, and revenue-focused marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate events and industry conferences.
- Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
