Core Responsibilities:- Thought Leadership Strategy: Develop and manage a content engine that produces high-quality whitepapers, research reports, and case studies to establish the firms authority.
- Brand & Narrative Stewardship: Define and protect the firm's corporate identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels (web, social, PR, and internal).
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with senior consultants to create highly personalized campaigns targeting specific high-value accounts and stakeholders.
- Sales Enablement: Equip consulting partners with the necessary collateral, such as pitch decks and battlecards, to increase win rates for complex engagements.
- Events & PR Management: Conceptualize and oversee high-impact corporate events, webinars, and media relations to increase visibility among target segments.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, including content writers, designers, and digital specialists.
- Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage the annual marketing budget and develop KPI dashboards to report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 8 to 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant background in management consulting, IT services, or professional B2B services.
- Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or an MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex business problems into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans.
- Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools to track full-funnel performance.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, capable of influencing both internal stakeholders (partners) and external media.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Marketing-Sourced Pipeline: Revenue value of qualified leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Brand Sentiment & Reach: Share of voice and brand recall within the target industry.
- Content Engagement: Downloads of whitepapers, webinar attendance, and organic SEO rankings for key intellectual capital.
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): Efficiency of marketing spend in relation to new client wins.
