They are looking for a smart, ambitious, and tech-savvy Head of Marketing to build their marketing function from the ground up.
The role involves driving demand, creating brand visibility, and ensuring the companys presence is felt, whether in boardrooms or across LinkedIn feeds.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Build and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan campaigns that grow brand awareness and drive results.
LinkedIn Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Design and run organic and paid LinkedIn strategies.
- Manage founders LinkedIn profiles with clear, engaging posts.
- Create engaging content like carousels, posts, and videos.
- Ensure consistent brand presence among CXOs and tech leaders.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Run digital campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and retargeting.
- Optimise funnels to generate quality leads and contribute to the sales pipeline.
Content & Brand Building
- Create case studies, customer stories, and video content.
- Maintain a strong content calendar with a storytelling approach.
Digital Marketing Tools & Channels
- Use tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Manage the website, newsletters, and social channels.
- Track and report marketing analytics and campaign performance.
Events & Community Engagement
- Identify and manage participation in industry events and tech communities.
- Turn these engagements into content and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, ideally in a funded startup or growing tech company.
- Strong grasp of LinkedIn marketing, personal branding, and content-led growth.
- Hands-on experience in planning and running successful digital campaigns.
- Experience in managing the leadership's digital presence.
- Skilled in storytelling and video-first content strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to plan, track, and execute end-to-end strategies.
Good to Have
- Background in IT services, AI/ML, or enterprise tech.
- Network of designers, writers, or content creators.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and dashboards.
