About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to architect our brand journey from the ground up within the luxury home decor and furnishing industry, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This foundational leadership role is focused on brand creation, storytelling, public relations, and deep consumer engagement, laying the strategic groundwork for both retail and digital channel success. You will own the entire marketing roadmap and be responsible for building a differentiated, desirable, and enduring brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Building & Positioning:

- Define the core brand purpose, unique selling proposition, visual identity, and comprehensive storytelling strategy to establish strong differentiation within the competitive luxury home space.

- Lead the creation and deployment of high-impact creative campaigns that authentically showcase the brand's commitment to craftsmanship, heritage, and artisanal collaborations.

- Develop and enforce a comprehensive brand book (covering visuals, typography, color palette, and messaging guidelines) to guarantee consistent brand identity across all internal and external touchpoints.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Build a robust, 360 marketing roadmap (encompassing digital, offline, influencer, PR, and events) with a primary strategic emphasis on driving awareness, desirability, and brand love metrics ahead of aggressive sales goals.

- Spearhead aspirational partnerships and collaborations with interior designers, stylists, architects, and craft collectives to generate editorial narrative content.

- Plan and flawlessly execute high-impact launch campaigns for the flagship store opening, digital platforms, and limited-edition product collections.

- Establish the brands distinctive social media voice and high-quality content strategy, focusing on editorial-style storytelling that resonates with premium audiences.

Public Relations & Influencer Relations:

- Cultivate strong, high-leverage PR relationships with leading design publications, upscale lifestyle media, and key industry thought leaders.

- Curate and execute high-visibility, exclusive launch events and collaborations designed to generate media buzz and trade interest.

- Strategically identify and nurture influencer partnerships that authentically connect with niche, premium audiences, driving brand credibility and desire.

Digital & Consumer Engagement:

- Oversee e-commerce content strategy and visual merchandising, and manage performance marketing initiatives with a strategic focus on brand-building metrics (e.g., engagement rate, brand recall) in the initial phase.

- Implement robust CRM systems to effectively nurture early adopters, transforming them into loyal brand advocates and enabling highly personalized consumer journeys.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment:

- Build and mentor a lean, high-performing marketing team (covering design, content creation, PR, and performance marketing) that is structured to scale efficiently as the brand matures.

- Work seamlessly with design, merchandising, and retail operations teams to guarantee absolute brand consistency and cohesive storytelling across every consumer interaction point.

Required Skill Set (Mandatory Skills):

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with significant time spent leading strategy, preferably in luxury retail, home decor, furnishing, or lifestyle industries.

- Brand Architecture: Proven track record in architecting a brand identity from scratch or successfully repositioning a major brand.

- Creative Leadership: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to lead high-quality creative output, storytelling, and content production.

- PR & Media: Established network and expertise in public relations, particularly with design and luxury lifestyle media.

- Digital Strategy: Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce content, and leveraging CRM for brand advocacy and consumer lifetime value.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing or launching an e-commerce platform integrated with physical retail.

- Familiarity with the Ahmedabad/Gujarat market and its luxury consumer segment.

- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
