About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead the hospitals overall marketing, brand-building, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving patient acquisition, strengthening referral networks, and enhancing the hospitals visibility across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals for patient growth and brand visibility.
- Plan annual marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
Referral & Outreach Management:
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and community partners.
- Oversee referral programs, medical camps, and community outreach activities to expand the hospitals network.
Branding & Promotional Activities:
- Lead branding initiatives including campaigns, events, brochures, patient education materials, banners, and print/media promotions.
- Ensure consistent hospital branding across all platforms.
Digital Marketing:
- Drive digital marketing efforts including social media management, online campaigns, SEO/SEM, website content, and reputation management.
- Oversee patient engagement through online platforms and digital channels.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market studies to understand competition, patient demographics, and local healthcare trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-impact results.
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and operational departments for seamless execution of marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing within the healthcare or hospital industry (preferred).
- Strong experience in referral development, medical camps, digital marketing, and branding.
- Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills.
