Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing & Growth who will own the entire brand, marketing, and growth strategy for Flawsome. This leader will drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across D2C, modern trade, and B2B channels while shaping Flawsome into a category-defining brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand & Strategy: - Build and execute a holistic marketing strategy that drives brand love, awareness, and trust. - Shape Flawsome's brand voice around menstrual health, sustainability, and empowerment. - Lead PR, advocacy, and impact-driven storytelling. 2. Growth & Performance: - Own growth KPIs: customer acquisition, retention, CAC, LTV. - Lead performance marketing (paid ads, SEO, analytics, funnels). - Drive E-commerce & D2C growth (Amazon, Nykaa, own website). 3. Content & Community: - Build community-led campaigns (influencers, creators, Flawsome ambassadors). - Lead social media & content marketing, aligning with bold conversation style. - Launch campaigns around period positivity, mental health, lunar cycles, sustainability. 4. Sales & Cross-functional Collaboration: - Partner with Sales teams (Modern Trade, GT, B2B) to design campaigns that accelerate retail & institutional growth. - Collaborate with Product & R&D for market feedback loops. 5. Leadership & Team Building: - Build, lead, and mentor a marketing & growth team. - Manage agency & partner relationships (digital, PR, design). Key Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in brand marketing, growth, or digital marketing, preferably in consumer products / FMCG / D2C brands. - Proven track record in scaling D2C brands (performance + content-led growth). - Strong grasp of digital analytics, paid marketing, and consumer insights. - Demonstrated ability to build iconic brands with storytelling + measurable growth. - Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment. - Passionate about women's health, sustainability, and social impact.
