Position Overview:

As the Head of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end brand, digital, content, and consumer marketing strategy for the brand in India. This role is critical in building long-term brand equity, driving consumer demand, and enabling strong retail and online conversions. You will lead a cross-functional marketing team and work closely with leadership to shape the company's positioning, communication, and go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Leadership:

- Define and articulate the brand's positioning, tone, and visual identity tailored for the Indian market.

- Build and execute long-term brand-building programs that drive awareness, salience, and consumer trust.

- Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential touchpoints.

Digital Marketing & Performance:

- Own the full-funnel digital strategy including SEO/SEM, paid media, social, CRM, and website performance.

- Lead cross-channel performance tracking and optimization, focusing on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics.

- Leverage analytics and insights to shape data-backed marketing interventions.

Content & Communications:

- Oversee content strategy for social media, product storytelling, influencer collaborations, video campaigns, and editorial pieces.

- Lead PR, events, and trade/industry partnerships to strengthen brand voice and community engagement.

Retail & Experiential Marketing:

- Create omnichannel marketing plans that drive footfall and conversions across offline studios and experience centers.

- Work with retail, design, and product teams to develop customer-centric communication in showrooms.

Team & Budget Management:

- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

- Own the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI across programs.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in brand/consumer marketing with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience scaling a premium or D2C brand through strategic and hands-on marketing.

- Expertise in digital, brand, and content marketing; experience with luxury, interior, lifestyle, or design brands is a plus.

- Strong creative sensibility, with a bias for data-backed decision-making.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to build and scale teams in a high-growth setup.

MUST HAVE STARTUP BUILDING EXPERIENCE OR BUILDING ANY BUSINESS FROM ZERO.
