They are a leading international fashion brand in the country and recognized by Brand Equity as one of the most exciting brands in India.  POSITION SUMMARY:  The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing strategy as per the defined Brand and commercial objectives including all Retail store categories and e-commerce which is in alignment with the overall business objectives.  Objectives  - Develop and implement seasonal and future International Marketing initiatives within the Country as per defined Brand and commercial objectives.  - Supervise and manage the Country Marketing channel functions including Trade Marketing, PR, Digital, and Sports Marketing.  - Development of media campaigns with the local athletes and Brand ambassadors   - Ownership of the Design and Production - Campaign Images/ Events / Product Launches / Press Meets/ Product Sell-through   - Managing digital communication across all events and product launches  - Drive implementation of the marketing calendar and global brand marketing milestones in the Country   - Providing input and insights to optimize marketing category and channel execution.  - Implement creative brief Process as per set parameters and timelines within the Country to address local/regional campaign extensions, strategic/key account initiatives, brand ignition projects etc. as agreed by Regional/Hub Marketing  - Implement Channel Marketing strategies per Category   - Implement set operational measures and actions including budget management, centralization of media buy, third party co-operations including agencies, production partners, sports marketing optimization etc)  - Implement seasonal priorities in alignment with Sales and Merchandising  - Drive & implement consumer insight and other research projects  - Represent Country Marketing at key internal and external milestones where required  Key Deliverables  - Deliver on pre-defined seasonal Brand priorities in the Country  - Represent and manage Country marketing interests to meet brand and commercial objectives   - Identify Channel Marketing efficiencies and synergies to improve procedures, transparency and ROI   - Execute efficient reporting including budget management within the Country  Qualification & Experience  - Education: Masters degree in Marketing or equivalent experience   - Experience:  Proven marketing experience for an international multi category brand in fast moving consumer goods or retail industry  Previous management experience  - Capabilities:  Strong leadership, organizational and decision making skills  Proven interpersonal & presentation abilities to operate effectively with cross-functional teams  Results oriented  Strong understanding of budgeting  Experience of developing strong relationships, communicating across a wide variety of networks   Effectively defines, plans, schedules, controls tasks and projects  - Specialized skills:  Ideally experience in digital and online marketing
