Client Manager

Head - Marketing - FMCG/Quick Commerce Role Overview: The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on brand positioning and content excellence. This leader will build and manage a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure that brand voice is consistent, compelling, and impactful across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Brand Leadership: - Develop and implement a brand strategy that differentiates us in the Ecomm/Qcomm sector. - Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, events, and partnerships. - Monitor brand perception and lead initiatives to enhance brand equity. Content Marketing: - Oversee the creation and execution of a content marketing plan that educates, engages, and converts target audiences. - Lead the development of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media assets. - Establish content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. Strategic Planning: - Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product launches. - Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI on key campaigns. - Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and go-to-market execution. External Relations: - Represent at industry events, conferences, and in media opportunities. - Cultivate relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in brand strategy and content marketing within the technology sector. - Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
