About the Role:
- Develop and implement a national marketing strategy aimed at building an aspirational and trusted consumer brand
- Lead the entire performance marketing function, focusing on efficient user acquisition and optimized ROI
- Create breakthrough creative campaigns and ensure high brand visibility across digital and offline channels
- Build and engage a community of early adopters, influencers and advocates
- Launch and scale BTL activation initiatives including partnerships and experiential marketing in key target areas
- Recruit, mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team across brand, content and growth functions
- Use personal and consumer insights to ensure authenticity in product positioning and brand storytelling
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in a senior or leadership function in a B2C company
- Proven experience in performance marketing and scaling paid channels independently
- Demonstrated success in national brand building through digital and offline campaigns
- Deep understanding of digital media, content, and influencer-led brand growth
- Strong balance of creativity and data-led decision making
