Experience - Minimum 18 years in FMCG / Food / Beverages / Chocolate / Staples / Flour / Atta / Bakery / Dairy/Snacks with expertise in ATL & BTL Marketing, Brand Building, Brand Management, NPD, Product Development, Pricing, and Packaging.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Job Responsibilities :

- Overall Responsible for Marketing, ATL, NPD,BTL, Trade Marketing and sales.

- Work on effective media plan, evaluation and implementation to attain maximum ROI of marketing activities while achieving brand objectives

- Lead the development and implementation of BTL marketing, branding and activation initiatives for FMCG business to grow both topline and bottom-line.

- Developing and executing the marketing and branding strategy to improve market share and reach by defining brand- its proposition, activation and promotions

- Having strong exposure in Marketing, Brand Building, NPD, from Staples/ Flour/ ATTA/FMCG/Food/Beverages/FMCG / Snacks and Retail companies at National / Zonal with professional companies and competitive environment.
