Responsibilities:

- Drive influencer-led digital campaigns with creators, doctors, and wellness communities.

- Own brand identity, communication, and content consistency across channels.

- Design and execute 360 product launch and regional brand takeover campaigns.

- Build engagement programs with doctors, clinics, and retail ecosystem partners.

- Manage promoter teams, agencies, and multiple marketing workstreams with end-to-end accountability.

- Monitor performance reports and ensure business-centric marketing outcomes.

Requirements:

- 8-15 years experience in D2C, nutraceutical, wellness, Ayurveda, beauty, or FMCG marketing.

- Expertise in ground activations and influencer-driven brand growth.

- Strong creative thinking, storytelling skills, and execution mindset.

- Experience in handling agencies, promoters, and marketing operations.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
