Roles and Responsibilities:

STRATEGIC BRAND AND PRODUCT POSITIONING

- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for bakery ingredients across B2B-Bakeries, distributors and HORECA and institutional clients.

- Drive brand visibility, differentiation, and market relevance in alignment with industry trends and customer needs.

- Drive and execute digital brand promotion strategies to enhance engagement with customers and channel partners.

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

- Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to identify market gaps and guide NPD with insights from customer trends, competitor benchmarking, and usage behavior.

- Lead successful launches with clear value communication and sampling strategy.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & CHANNEL MARKETING

- Design campaigns to engage bakery chefs, purchase managers, and channel partners.

- Implement loyalty programs, baking workshops, and digital marketing tools to build preference and retention.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT & EXPANSION

- Identify and penetrate new markets (geographies, segments) for bakery ingredients.

- Build GTM plans, channel strategies, and BTL activities to expand reach and drive product trials and adoption.

SALES ENABLEMENT & REVENUE SUPPORT

- Generate marketing-led demand through promotional campaigns, product training, and content support for the sales team.

- Track ROI of marketing expenses and support monthly/quarterly revenue targets by aligning with sales and category heads.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

- Collaborate actively with the sales, regional, and KAM teams to drive business development and strengthen relationships with the top 40 key accounts.

- Develop and implement customized, long-term engagement plans aligned with each account's specific needs and growth potential.

BRAND REMINDER, EVENTS, SEMINARS & TRADE EXPOS

- Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, expos 4 Nos, Bakery Seminar 18-24 Nos.

- Leverage these platforms to increase Sales, brand visibility, launch new products, and generate qualified leads.

- Ensure consistent brand recall by actively engaging customers and distributors during key festivals and occasions through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
