Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning: - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. - Create and manage the annual marketing budget. Brand Development: - Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touch points. - Work closely with creative teams to develop visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials. Performance Marketing: - Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and website management. - Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements as needed. - Utilize data analytics to optimize digital campaigns and measure ROI. Content Strategy: - Develop and manage content marketing strategies to engage and educate the target audience. - Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to produce high-quality content. - Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging. Product Launches and Campaigns: - Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility. - Work closely with product development teams to align marketing efforts with product releases. Public Relations and Communications: - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. - Handle crisis communication and reputation management when necessary. Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team. - Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations. Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and report on ROI. - Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies Requirement, Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 8-15 years of proven experience of which the last few years as a marketing leader in the FMCG/Automobile/Startup world. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools. - Strong project management and organisational skills. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment
