Our client looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, innovation, go-to-market execution, and ecosystem partnerships across our portfolio. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, consumer understanding, commercial acumen, and execution excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth FMCG/food brands and a proven track record of building impactful brands, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Strategy & Identity :
- Define and lead the long-term brand vision, positioning, and identity across the portfolio.
- Build strong and differentiated consumer propositions rooted in insights and market trends.
- Drive brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, channels, and campaigns.
- Strengthen brand sentiment, salience, and top-of-mind awareness through impactful storytelling and communication.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, trade, and offline channels.
2. Innovation :
- Drive the innovation agenda across categories and formats.
- Strengthen and scale the current portfolio through consumer-led renovations and extensions.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and develop path-breaking future products and concepts.
- Partner closely with R&D, consumer insights, and commercial teams to bring innovation pipelines to life.
- Monitor emerging food, health, lifestyle, and consumer trends to shape future growth opportunities.
3. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launch Excellence :
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new product launches and campaigns.
- Develop channel-specific launch strategies across general trade, modern trade, e-commerce, and quick commerce.
- Ensure speed, precision, and excellence in launch execution.
- Collaborate with sales and category teams to maximize market penetration and commercial success.
- Continuously optimize launch effectiveness through data, insights, and post-launch reviews.
4. Commercial Impact :
- Drive marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
- Own key business KPIs linked to growth across channels and customer segments.
- Build scalable growth programs through consumer acquisition, retention, and portfolio expansion.
- Utilize analytics and performance metrics to improve ROI and decision-making.
5. Ecosystem Management :
- Build and manage strong relationships with creative agencies, media partners, research firms, influencers, and strategic collaborators.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Foster a high-performance marketing culture focused on agility, innovation, and accountability.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while building future leadership capability.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 10-15+ years of experience in FMCG, food & beverage, consumer brands, or high-growth startups.
- Strong expertise in brand building, innovation, GTM strategy, and consumer marketing.
- Demonstrated success in scaling brands and launching successful products.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
