Head - Marketing - FMCG

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Marketing for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

- Post Grad / MBA in Mktg with at least 9-12 years of work exp. in Marketing in an FMCG with at least last 2 years in a leadership role managing a Team are mandatory.

KRA's:

- Own the end to end marketing chassis for organization including brand P&L , demand creation , consumer acquisition and in market execution

- Lead demand creation strategy across brands with digital first mindset.

- Lead commercial team with talent across brand management, trade marketing, education, and procurement.

- Build long-term strategies for accelerated growth including white space launches, new channels and new portfolio launches and lead the team in execution over the short/medium term

- Work with stakeholders across functional teams in demand planning and forecasting, finance and global brands for ongoing business delivery and future opportunities planning
