As it continues to innovate and expand, the company is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Head of Marketing to lead its marketing efforts and drive the next phase of growth.
Location- Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define brand architecture, identity, and portfolio strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Consumer Insights & Research: Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to decode evolving consumer behavior, category trends, and whitespace opportunities.
- Integrated Marketing: Design and execute 360 marketing campaigns across TV, print, digital, influencer, and in-store touchpoints to build awareness and drive sales.
- Innovation & NPD: Partner with R&D and product teams to identify new product opportunities and manage go-to-market strategy for launches.
- Media & Agency Leadership: Manage creative, digital, PR, and media agencies to ensure brand consistency and best-in-class execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless brand execution across channels.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team with a culture of creativity, agility, and ownership.
Who You Are:
- 15-22 years of FMCG brand management experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in building strong consumer brands and driving category growth.
- Deep understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital brand-building levers.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and creative sensibility.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
