Head of Marketing (CXO) Location: Mumbai Our client is a dominant regional FMCG (food) company with presence across 20 plus states in India. Already counted amongst the top 5 players in the country, the organisation is backed with 100 plus products and a robust innovation pipeline. Role purpose: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to establish compelling brands and drive revenue growth. - Lead the organisation's mandate to garner market share (and revenue) while while firmly establishing a national footprint conducive to growth. - Institutionalize robust systems and processes to support scalability and sustainable expansion. - Strategic decision support to the Founders in transitioning the organisation from a Sales driven, to a Brand led one. Essential Qualifiers: - 15-25 years of relevant experience in Ready-To-Eat/Chocolate/Biscuits/Snacks/Wafer category. - Full-time MBA (from a reputable institution) - Prior stint in sales, trade marketing/ customer marketing will be definite advantage.
