Job Description:
- Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, along with the ability to localize strategies for diverse geographies.
- Marketing for the traded Brands.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals for domestic and international markets and execute the same to drive brand recognition, market share, and profitability.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and opportunities globally.
- Analyze competitor activities, customer preferences, and global trends to shape positioning and strategies
- Define and monitor KPIs for marketing effectiveness, ROI, and sales conversion.
- Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, e-commerce, and content marketing.
- Ensure effective execution of ATL/BTL activities including print,outdoor, and events/exhibitions.
- Guide pricing strategies, packaging, and product mix tailored to regional preferences.
- Lead and manage the marketing department, including sub-departments like demand generation, paid marketing, and brand management, ensuring alignment with company goals and overall business objectives.
- Leading the development of all marketing plans. Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies
- Driving new product development and/or innovation of existing products and ensures conceptualisation and finalization of new ideas
- Assessment of feasibility of newly identified product /extension concepts/innovations and go-to-market execution for the assigned categories for improved market performance (e.g. market share, profitability etc)
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external agencies to deliver timely and cost-effective marketing outputs
